The 8200 Bale Processor - Designed for your Feeding and Bedding
The 8200 feeder bedder, which replaces the 7100 and 8100 models, now features a significantly larger diameter crossbeater for increased processing speed. The 8200 is available either three point mounted (8200M) or trailed (8200T).

Variable position bale restraint (adjusted via WIFI control) ensures optimum output with straw, hay or silage.
Manufactured using Hardox, the wearing surfaces in the chute offer a service life up to 3 times longer than standard steel.
For operators familiar with the previous 7100 and 8100 models, a fixed bale restraint is available as an option.
For smaller tractors or improved maneuverability in tight yards the 8200M is also available trailed, as the 8200T.
Our latest large diameter crossbeater design handles all materials, with 54 blades to provide an even feed rate.
The tethered WiFi control desk has been updated to include the new 'SYNCHRO' functions to get the most from the Dual Chop system. Maximum output, minimum effort.
Our 2 speed fan has an updated paddle design to ensure a consistent delivery and maximum blow distance. The 8 paddles are easily replaced for straightforward servicing.
The bale retention beam on the tailgate can be adjusted between one loading and six operating positions.
Seven heavy-duty 60mm x 40mm bed slats are attached with U-Bolts for straightforward servicing to large 10mm diameter galvanised bed chains.
For reliable transmission of power the 8250 crossbeater has a heavy duty chain drive that is automatically lubricated when the bed chain is running.

The 8200 series is designed with high sides to contain material, with horizontal surfaces also eliminated to keep the machine clean.
The PTO is fitted with overrun and Slip Clutch driveline protection.
All Tomahawk models feature a high specification gearbox, with high/low fan speed gear preselection.
Stones and debris can quickly be removed from the drop down hatch at the rear of the machine.
For flexibility of delivery, the chute rotates 280 degrees allowing material to be directed to where it is needed. An adjustable feed slide is fitted for accurate placement of feed materials.
Load bales without having to return to the tractor cab, ideal when removing netting or wrap.
Auto chain oiler (crossbeater drive) is recommended for high-use operations.
Reduce respirable dust by up to 40% with our Hydroshield water spray system. An onboard tank and 5 high pressure spray nozzles.
In-line high pressure filter prevents contamination from damaging the valve equipment.
The optional ‘Ski Jump Chute’ is perfect for bedding pig arcs and mulching fruit trees. As standard it is fitted with hydraulic control of the angle (requires second spool).
